Before final approval, all applicants undergo a criminal background check at their own expense and, if approved, complete online training on how to be a Best American Psychic.

All advisors must practice within white-light parameters. Best American Psychics does not allow dark rituals, dark magic, curses, or related services, and any violation of that standard can result in immediate termination.

Pricing, products, promotions, ethics, public reputation, and professional conduct are all reviewed on an ongoing basis. Continuous complaints, unethical behavior, or violation of professional guidelines may result in membership termination without refund.
